FAQ

How long does it normally take to create a logo?
If the client already has ideas in mind and knows the look they would like, then it might not take long! On the other hand, if the client isn't sure what they want and gives the freelancer total freedom (which is totally okay!) then it could take a little longer to create a logo that best suites the brand.

Is there a waitlist?
Yes, there could potentially be a waitlist but that doesn't always mean it's a long one so don't be afraid to reach out! If it is a long list, I will do my best to keep you updated on your position as long as you're still interested!

What if I need more than 2-3 revisions on the logo?
If you need more than the given amount, that is totally okay! It's important that you are happy with your logo and that it represents your brand well! However, it still takes time to revise so there will be a $75 fee for every revision requested after you've exceed the package amount.

What do you charge for each package?
Keep in mind that it takes a lot of time and creativity to create a logo and it is a great investment for your business. Due to the different needs and styles of logos (simple, complex, bold, etc), there will be a starting flat rate but I will also use my professional discretion with what you pay considering how complex/simple the design process will be. Please reach out with any questions for a professional quote on the project.

What is the difference between a Primary & Secondary Logo?
A primary logo the going to be the main representation of your brand while the Secondary logo is a more simplified version of the primary logo. Look at my logo for example, at the top left is my primary logo, and my secondary logo would be the flame all by itself!
Do I need both logos?
It is highly recommended to have both because it gives your brand flexibility and cohesiveness across various platforms due to the secondary logo being more adaptable to different spaces, sizes, and contexts. But it's ultimately up to you!
How can I pay?
I will send you an invoice through email once the project is complete. It is preferred that the invoice is paid via check however, if necessary, other payment options can be discussed.
